Henry and Kieran try to untie the knots and controversy caused by the Rainbow Laces campaign, bringing in key viewpoints from LGBT+ players and managers in the game such as Zander Murray, Luke Tuffs and Jahmal Howlett-Mundle.

They then descend into their usual silliness by rating Premier League captains as potential gay icons.
