When my grandson began playing on the ground with a painted rainbow last Shabbat, it caught my eye. And then reading about the Stonewall Riots, Harvey Milk, and the Pride of the Gay and Lesbians in NY and San Francisco, it all began to make sense.  They do connect, but the rainbow? That's a sacred image...thou shalt not steal, you know?
