Today I'm discussing who I am--and yes it includes a brief overview of my Human Design chart because you will soon learn, that is how we roll here--; the intentions for this podcast as a space for parenting, personal development and human design insights; and the overall rhythm of the show.

Specifically, I discuss some of my birth story with my eldest son and how it was a massive initiation for me, some of the struggles I faced all my life with codependency, how I found human design, and more.
