When we begin to understand that we are living at our lowest standards. We will begin to see that we can do more be more and that its time to level up. When we level up we have tendencies to self sabotage because we are out of our comfort zone and our ego has to try and take control and bring us back to our low standards were we are used to being. 

Its time to rise up and live our best life.
