I had the special honor of speaking with Veena Jetti, founder of Vive Funds, a multifamily investment firm that acquires properties through syndication. Veena has built a portfolio of $400M of AUM and 2500 units total.
In this episode, Veena shares her experience of moving from corporate finance to single family flipping and then to her first syndication which was a $1.2 Million dollar raise. Veena shares the struggles of raising capital for the first time and the sleepless and nervous nights that entailed.
