If you had the opportunity to raise children you know it's not easy. Sometimes in life the tables turn and those same children end up raising their parents. Some look at it as a hardship and some look at it as a blessing. Either way it's hard. It's hard if you have the best relationship with your parents and you enjoyed every minute of life with them. It's hard if you were just learning to appreciate them in your adulthood. Being a caregiver to your parent is never easy especially if they have dementia.
