Today I have on author, licensed counselor, podcaster, and co-founder of Living Wholehearted, a professional counseling and organizational development firm, and Courageous Girls, an online curriculum equipping moms and daughters for every stage of their growing years.

 

Terra and I discuss the mother/daughter relationship, why it can be so tumultuous, and how we can connect throughout the years.

We talk through some of the biggest fears parents have in raising their kids and how we can navigate these.

 

We also talk about one of the things I am learning a lot about, creating space for our own feelings and our kids’ feelings. How to normalize emotions so our kids grow up with a healthy understanding of them.
