RAISING DIGITAL AGENCY PRICES | FASTEST WAY TO GROW AGENCY REVENUE | SwenkToday #146

I want to talk about raising digital agency prices. Does raising prices mean you have to deliver more value? Or do more services in order to justify your pricing? NO, it does not. Let me explain... If you are stuck on a growth plateau it's time to do something different. What got your agency to this level is not what's going to get you to the next level. Increasing prices can be one of the fastest and easiest way to grow agency revenue yet many agency owners shy away from it. They fear it because they think they'll have to deliver more services and value to their clients. That's not true! You raise your prices and don't look back. If you're delivering amazing value and you're an authority in your niche, then clients are still going to say yes. Want to be more profitable? Raise your rates! A lot of agency owners think they just need to get more clients in order to grow. But, that means adding more people to your team which is actually makes you less profitable. However, if you increase your prices (it depends on your situation most of my clients end of doubling prices!) then you're in a much better position to keep the size of your team the same but service fewer clients while still growing revenue. Here's the strategy: get new clients at the new rate. After you're successful at that, then work out a gradual price hike for your existing clients.
