In this episode, I’m joined by Autumn Works, momma of three with another baby on the way, and wife of eight years. We spend some time getting to know her and talking about their homeschooling journey, what they’ve learned along the way, and what this season of motherhood has been teaching her.
We talk about keeping things simple, finding what works for your family, and remembering that you know your child better than any curriculum does. Autumn shares about consistency, patience, having fun while learning, and how important it is for us as parents to keep learning alongside our kids and model the things we want them to see.
We also talk about the ways motherhood continues to humble and refine us—learning to go to the Lord first, resisting comparison, and remembering that our children are watching how we speak to ourselves, our spouses, and others.
It was such a sweet conversation about homeschooling, motherhood, and learning to give ourselves grace as we figure out what works for our families and trust God with the season He has given us.

This episode is a little different.
I felt like I needed to pause from our normal conversations and just be honest about where I am in my faith right now.
After walking through our miscarriages with what I felt was such strong faith, I never expected to find myself feeling distant from God, especially in a season where He has answered prayers and blessed us with our baby boy.
Recently, we received some ultrasound results that have left us with a lot of questions and uncertainty. And if I'm being honest, I have been confused and angry with God.
As I've wrestled through that, God has been showing me that somewhere along the way, I lost hope without realizing it. I had hardened my heart to Him, and I didn't even know it. He's been gently showing me the things I've placed my hope in instead...people, my own plans, and the story I thought my life was supposed to be.
I don't have a neat ending to this episode. I'm still in the middle of the story. But I wanted to share what God is teaching me about hope, surrender, joy, and trusting that His purposes are greater than the story I would write for myself.
So this is me being real. Still wrestling. Still learning. And slowly letting God soften my heart again.
If you've ever wished you could call up your big sister and ask all of your breastfeeding questions, this conversation is for you.
In this episode, I'm joined by my sister-in-law, Kyndall Lane—a mom of three boys, business owner, and one of the fiercest and most knowledgeable mommas I know. Together, we're sharing the breastfeeding advice, practical tips, and encouragement we wish every new momma could hear.
From clogged ducts, pumping schedules, milk supply, and building a freezer stash to tongue ties, finding trustworthy resources, and navigating the emotions that come with feeding your baby, we cover a little bit of everything. Most importantly, we remind mommas that every baby is different, every feeding journey is unique, and the health of both momma and baby matters most—whether that's breastfeeding, formula, or a combination of both.
Beyond feeding little ones, Kyndall also shares what God is teaching her in this season of motherhood. We talk about trusting your God-given mom intuition, advocating for your children, having the hard conversations, and raising kids to stand firm in a world that's changing faster than ever.
Wherever you are in your motherhood journey, we pray this conversation leaves you feeling equipped, confident, and reminded that you were called for such a time as this.
In this deeply personal episode of Raising Grace, I'm joined by my dear friend Megan—a wife, mom of five, doula, and birth assistant—as she courageously shares the stories of all five of her births, including the unexpected trauma surrounding her fifth delivery.
Megan opens up about the invisible wounds of birth trauma, postpartum anxiety, and the long road of healing that followed.
Together, we talk about the loneliness trauma can bring, the courage it takes to ask for help, and the importance of surrounding yourself with people who will walk alongside you through life's hardest seasons. Megan shares how counseling, family support, and ultimately a deeper dependence on God's Word became part of her healing journey when the things she once relied on could no longer carry her.
This conversation is both tender and hope-filled. Whether you've experienced birth trauma yourself, are walking alongside someone who has, or simply need the reminder that healing is possible, I pray Megan's story encourages you to keep reaching for hope, one step at a time.
Please note: This episode contains discussion of traumatic birth experiences, emergency medical situations, postpartum anxiety, and postpartum depression, which may be difficult for some listeners.
In this special episode, I'm joined by my mother-in-law, Shawn Groves, to talk about trust, family, and the unique relationship between a mother-in-law and daughter-in-law.
Together, we discuss God's design for marriage and family, the importance of trust, and how healthy relationships are built through consistency, respect, and grace over time. Shawn shares the best advice she ever gave me: "Trust their heart," and we explore how that simple wisdom has shaped our relationship and strengthened our family.
Drawing inspiration from the story of Ruth and Naomi, we talk about what it looks like to intentionally invest in one another, build trust through both joyful and difficult seasons, and create a family legacy that brings people together rather than drives them apart.
Whether you're a mother-in-law, daughter-in-law, or simply hoping to build stronger family connections, I pray this conversation encourages you to lead with trust, choose respect, and invest in the relationships God has given you.
How do today’s parents balance boundaries, information overload, and modern parenting fears while still embracing the wisdom and joy grandparents bring? In this deeply personal episode, Taylor and her mom, Janie, unpack the beauty, tension, and grace found in multi-generational parenting while exploring why communication, love, and humility matter more than perfection.
This is one of the most personal stories I’ve ever shared.
It starts with a moment I’ll never forget. My husband walking through the front door, completely shaken. He had just experienced something that would change everything. He felt God clearly promise that we would have a son.
That same night, we found out we were pregnant. And then we experienced not one, but three back-to-back pregnancy losses.
Through the heartbreak, God began to teach us something deeper: how to trust Him even when the story doesn’t make sense.
This episode is about learning to hold onto His promise instead of our own plans, and trusting that even when God isn’t changing your circumstances, He is still working in you, through you, and for you.
If you’re in a season of loss, waiting, or uncertainty, I hope this reminds you that your story isn’t over. God is still writing it.
In this episode, military spouse and mom-of-two, Kasey Oehler, shares how to balance motherhood, military life, and personal purpose through flexible routines and intentional living. We talk about some serious “mom math”, building simple systems, and making the most of the time you do have. Hang with us while we also talk about faith, the prayers we don't pray anymore and how to stop chasing someone else’s path so you can focus on what truly matters most.
