Sleep - Aim for 7-9 hours of sleep per night. That means being in bed trying to fall asleep for at least 8 hours before needing to get up.
Movement - move your body through full range of motion, elevate your heart rate, and lift something 3-4 times a week.
Nutrition - Don't live on processed or fast food, eat fruit or vegetable at every meal, drink some water, and eat some protein.
Mental Health - Take is seriously and surround yourself with good people that will support you.
