Judith Turner is a founding member and President of Florida Cooperative Empowered Economic Development Corp. aka Florida CEED, a 501c (3) established in 2017.

She is a lifelong entrepreneur, working in construction as a licensed building contractor where she started and operated contracting firms in four states. She was the winner of the 2013 Tampa Bay “Fast Fifty” and won SBDC’s 2014 Veteran-owned business of the year award.

She now devotes her free time building a platform for cooperative economic development and helping to form co-ops in the Tampa bay area and throughout Florida

● She holds a bachelor's degree from the University of Colorado at Colorado Springs.

● Is a former member of the Army National Guard

● Holds four Florida State licenses along with  EPA and OSHA  certifications

● And completed Cooperative Business Development training with Cooperation Works in 2017
