Good morning, weather watchers! Let's break down what Mother Nature has in store for us in Raleigh, North Carolina.
Heads up, we've got some chilly conditions coming our way! We're looking at a cold weather advisory and a winter weather advisory, so bundle up tight.
Tonight's going to be a frosty one, with temperatures dropping to around 19 degrees. The wind chill will make it feel like a bone-chilling 10 degrees, with north winds whipping around 9 miles per hour and gusts up to 23 miles per hour. You'll definitely want to grab that heavy coat!
Wednesday will start cloudy but will gradually clear up. We're expecting a high near 32 degrees, with wind chills still lingering around 10 degrees. Light northeast winds will be blowing around 5 to 8 miles per hour.
As we move through the week, expect mostly sunny and partly cloudy days with temperatures slowly climbing. By the weekend, we'll see highs near 45 degrees, and Sunday might even treat us to a pleasant 52 degrees.
Monday brings a 40 percent chance of rain, so keep those umbrellas handy. The week wraps up with a sunny Tuesday and temperatures reaching a mild 53 degrees.
