Good morning, weather watchers! I'm your friendly neighborhood meteorologist bringing you the latest forecast for the Raleigh area.
We're looking at a delightful start to the week with sunshine taking center stage today. Expect temperatures climbing to a comfortable 56 degrees Fahrenheit with light and variable winds dancing around.
Tonight, we'll see clear skies and temperatures dropping to a crisp 34 degrees Fahrenheit. Grab a light jacket if you're heading out!
Tuesday brings some exciting changes. We'll see increasing clouds rolling in, with temperatures warming up to a pleasant 66 degrees Fahrenheit. Winds will pick up slightly, potentially gusting up to 18 miles per hour.
Wednesday is when things get interesting, folks! We're talking potential thunderstorms and rain. Temperatures will spike to near 70 degrees Fahrenheit with some seriously energetic winds reaching up to 41 miles per hour. Expect between half to three-quarters of an inch of rainfall.
The latter part of the week looks more stable mostly sunny days with temperatures ranging from the mid-50s to around 70 degrees Fahrenheit. Saturday night might surprise us with a chance of showers, so keep those umbrellas handy.
