On Tuesday February 3rd, the NY Immigration coalition and its allies will hold a rally for the Unrepresented at 11 o’clock at the Capitol. The group is calling for the passage of the Access to Representation Act, stating that NYS must invest $175 million dollars in legal services funding, to provide attorneys to individuals dealing with the immigration system.
