Nobantu, has a special meaning in South Africa, meaning “Mother of People, which she took to heart, by developing her special mission: help people see more, hear more, love more, illuminate more, be more and do less, which is the Ubuntu coaching mantra developed by Nobantu.

Nobantu’s favourite quote is: “Between stimulus and response there is a space. In that space is our power to choose our response. In our response lies our growth and freedom”, by Victor Frankl; and her wisdom on how leadership needs to change for the current and future world is simply inspiring.
