Well hello friends, this is a Repeat After Memorize episode, I call them my RAM episodes where together we memorize one simple and important phrase that will change our lives.
Here’s our phrase for today that we are going to memorize.

There are several reasons for this.
But treating ourself as if we are a complex human being goes counter to culture of most nations. But there are so many ways I can positively impact how I feel.
I can feel better in 3 days.

I can do this.
I can feel better in 3 days.
All the little things add up.
I can feel better in 3 days.
Feeling better make our health and fitness motivation goals so much more attainable. I don’t’ have to feel perfect, or be healed, my chronic illness are here to stay.
But I can STILL feel better in 3 days.
