Injury Free is My Fastest Path to Success.

When we start out exercising we are incredibly injury prone. To make matters worse we have years of bad-programming that causes us to think we need to push hard even when we are feeling significant pain. Much of the time this results in overuse injuries, painful joints, and sprains that end up causing us to be held back even further with our fitness goals. This is why it's so critically important to remember that staying injury free, especially when you are getting back into exercise, is the best way to ensure you'll continue to progress.
