In this episode I speak with Ram Reddy. Ram was the executive behind popular sauces at McDonalds such as the infamous sweet and sour sauce. He has started his own sauce distributor company to restaurants in the area. He shares his story of how he made it to University in Hawaii with no money to his name, to being a McDonalds executive, and eventually becoming an entrepreneur.
