Ramadan is a month where Allah (سُبْحَانَهُ وَتَعَالَى) makes it possible for each soul to refresh and where the son of Adam has the opportunity that

Allah (سُبْحَانَهُ وَتَعَالَى‎) forgives his sins and to become one of the Muttaqeen (the ones with Taqwa (being conscious & cognizant of Allah(سُبْحَانَهُ وَتَعَالَى‎).

As we approach the month of Ramadan, the speaker refreshes our focus on our preparations for Ramadan gaining the fuel we need for our task for renewing our oath and pledge to Allah(سُبْحَانَهُ وَتَعَالَى‎).
