President Cyril Ramaphosa is expected to deliver his State of the Nation Address at the Cape Town City Hall this evening under the theme “Following our commitments: making your future work better”. Repairs in the main Parliamentary building are still underway after last month’s fire which was allegedly started by Zandile Mafu whose case is before court.
