There has been mixed reaction to President Cyril Ramaphosa’s announcement that he is going to establish a judicial commission on enquiry in the Truth and Reconciliation Commission’s delayed cases that were referred to the National Prosecuting Authority. The NPA never pursed them due to allegations of political interference.
