We talk to Mike about how started HYPE and giving great advice about design overall. Mike started designing back in 1999, initially for fun, gaming-related projects. Back then a web designer was the person who both designed and coded the front-end, so he had to quickly learn to code too. Mike worked in a couple of agencies and in 2013 I started HYPE4.  He teaches design at SWPS University in Poland, speaks at some conferences.  Mike wrote the UI Design book and he is currently working his developers on a "Frontend Unicorn" book + a platform for online courses. designingui.com michalmalewicz.com
