When the original 'Memoirs' was released I was trying something new, a minimal liquid style that I hadn't really done before. This time with 'Memories' I wanted to create a contrasting sequel, to make something a bit more powerful in a new hardwave style. Imagine 'Memoirs' and 'I Need You' combined and this is essentially that.
