Ramona – Episode 1 – Loss leads to Authordom

Listen Later

Today we’re talking to Ramona Rice of Spapreneur, who works with spa owners to help them to maximise their business potential and get their word out to customers through a variety of approaches. The story of Ramona and her Mother and their spa adventures is a story in it’s own right.
Ramona has another story though. Tragedy rocked her world and changed her life forever. Now Ramona is determined to help others who are going through a similar experience, by telling her story with wit and truth. While working on four new books for her business community.
In this episode, Ramona tells us about the guides she has already, and her plan for four more guides this year for spapreneur, with the first targeted for the end of February. I suggested taking this to her community for an idea of the top topics being asked for, and try the ’10 things’ exercise to see what comes out of the top topics.
She also talks us through the loss of her husband, and her journey to realising that there was a missing book that needed to be written for people in her position.
For the memoir, Ramona will try writing when she gets up, and use accountability journal afterwards if this helps.
Ramona would also like to write the story of Spapreneur one day with her Mother through interviews and transcription.
