In 2017, Randi published her first book about mental health awareness (Thoughts of a Wanderer) and knew this was what she was meant to do. While publishing her second book (A Mother’s Truth), she was diagnosed with cancer. Taking a break from writing and focusing on recovery. 

Since then, she has expanded her writing to include other nonfiction books, children’s books, social stories, draw-your-own-story series, scary stories, and more.
