On Tuesday, May 23, 2023, West Catholic High School celebrated the Class of 2023 with a commencement ceremony at West. After leading Mass earlier in the day at Holy Spirit, Grand Rapids Catholic Diocese Bishop David Walkowiak was on hand to confer diplomas.

In his speech, Class Valedictorian Randle Kado talked about how "strong" the class of 2023 is with "cancer survivors, star athletes, future doctors, lawyers, teachers... and the list goes on. I don't think anyone could name a stronger class than ours."
