When the IMCA modifieds were introduced to Seymour (WI) Speedway's half-mile in 1984 Randy 'Bing Bong' Boegh won the first ever race. Boegh talks about how the modifieds at the time were a newer, inexpensive option for dirt trackers and he chats about his days on the pavement at Wisconsin International Raceway in Kaukauna.
