It all starts with a simple idea. While growing as professionals, we learn more about our strengths and how we can apply them to our passions. Our job experiences allow us to discover what works- and what doesn’t- so we can expand our skills’ reach. But once we feel we’ve done that, what’s next?

For Randy Chapman of CCE Designs, the desire to start a business was innate despite its challenges.
