Do you remember your first paycheck? I do. It was 2007 and my net pay was $1200. Didnt even bother to look at how that number was landed on, I took that money and spent it all on a Armani Collezioni blazer. I’m actually wearing it right now. Still fits like a glove.
When our guest Rani Mavram got her first paycheck she didn't immediately run down to Soho to spend it. She hit up her direct report (at Google no less) and asked the questions few do. “How was this calculated?” “Do you think this is going to change in the future?” “Whats this look like on your end?” *PAUSE* its no surprise that a few short years later she co-founded Complete.
