I've always wanted to do a podcast on this topic, but when I came across the recent Times article called, "The Booming Business of Cutting Babies Tongues" I knew the time was NOW. This article stated that tongue-tie releases are up 800% in recent years and made the claim that this is nothing more than an money-making scheme. Rachel (a myo functional therapist who I have followed on instagram for a while) and I RANTED about this. (Me from a personal standpoint and Rachel from both a personal and professional standpoint.) You may not think this topic applies to you, but I encourage you to give it a listen because you might be surprised (especially if you have a baby or babies in your life).
