Are the people in your organization underachieving? Does it seem like something is...missing?
In modern organizations there seems to be a revolving door that presents employees and managers with new roles and new teammates. Their challenge is seldom strategy. Teams struggle because they don't have a process for bringing diverse individuals together as a collaborative team.
Rapid Teamwork offers leaders a solution to that all-too-common problem in an easy and entertaining leadership parable.
Rapid Teamwork is a leadership parable that tells the story of Greg Sharpe, a manager that listeners can easily relate to. Greg's team has been underachieving and struggling with a few issues. What he and his executive team experience during an unusual rafting retreat is a lesson on how to become a more productive team quickly - creating a stronger, more unified workforce.
Discover the five ingredients that all great teams have in common, and will take away tools and ideas to apply those same positive traits to their team culture and transform your stressed employees into truly invested owners.
By applying the insights that Rapid Teamwork shares, you will gain clarity and purpose, harness the influence of appreciation, and experience the profitable power of team unity!

Management Parable that Emphasizes Proven Methods & Introduces New Ideas for Leaders
Rapid Teamwork is the management parable for the 21st century leader.
Glaze introduces you to a team of people that any leader could relate to, then skillfully crafts a story about creating a successful, cohesive team. The point he makes using the acronym GREAT are solid, proven advice when it comes to leading a team. But what I especially like about the book were some unique points that Glaze makes that I havenât seen in other management writings.
The exercise on rapport building is something you can take directly to your own team. What he says about the value of silos and cliques in the workplace and how to capitalize and expand their influence is a great example of working with human nature, rather than against it. And the tie between emotional connection and accountability make so much sense, you have to wonder why more leaders arenât willing to get in touch with their feelings.
Iâd recommend this book to any leader looking how they can rapidly improve their own team.
This advice is GREAT!
Fun to read and awesome team building tips
What a great book. Sean Glaze managed to get everything you need to know about building a great team into one easy and fun to read fictional story. Never expected this. I can only hope that everyone will get this book. I highly recommend it.
Awesome
A very powerful parable for leading in today's chaotic world where "instant" success is the expectation. Full of tips on how to create a GREAT team in a minimum amount of time - definitely worth the investment!
Parable version of your next management team building session
Rapid Teamwork is a parable version of Sean Glaze's 15 years of leadership development experience. In coaching and mentoring of leaders, the eyes and mouth of a stranger, e.g. consultant, sports trainer, or senior, are helpful to get a leader or team of leaders moving again towards performing. The management team in this booklet is disconnected, focused on results rather than people, and cannot decide what needs to be changed.
