Rashard is an entrepreneur who started 'Mad Ballers Training and Mentorship' earlier this year to help kids excel in their sport as well as teach them life lessons along the way. He also is an accomplished marketer working as the head of marketing for a sports dome and training facility in Danbury, CT. With years of experience playing basketball and practicing marketing at all levels Rashard knows what it takes to excel in both sports and business.
