The IT Factor Podcast: Rashod Bateman Baltimore Ravens

Rashod started making a name for himself in his hometown of Tifton, GA as an amazing football player. He made a big transition to Minnesota to play college football for the Golden Gophers. It took him a while to adjust but he soon became an excellent student and an even better athlete. Rashod was drafted to the Baltimore Ravens, and he was just thankful to have his name called on draft day. His goal is to do better each year, even despite his injury that caused him to sit out the rest of the 2021-22 season. He’s back better than ever now and ready to do all he can for the Ravens organization.

We then pivoted into his IT Factor which is helping others, and for people to enjoy life no matter what they are doing. Rashad wanted to make sure that he found things outside of football that he loved to build his legacy. Hence his eye for fashion and outreach.

We closed with his ultimate life goal of wanting to make sure that his family and people are all healthy and supported because we lose people each and every day and we should embrace our families because they are all we have.

I am proud to see that my guy had an amazing, and healthy year in the 2023-2024 campaign and I know that more greatness is going to come your way because you are the true definition of changing the narrative!
