James Frazier is an American entrepreneur, record executive, film producer, director, and actor. He is best known as founder of Legit Ballin Records with Twista and Fred Taylor.  Born in Chicago, IL,  he worked in a grocery store and construction with his uncle learning the values of hard work at an early age. He was determined to make a way, so with every job he would learn the business and how it was run and would one day apply that to becoming a successful business owner. In 1999, under the leadership of Chicago native James “Whiteboy” Frazier in conjunction with former business partners Carl “Twista” Mitchell and Frederick “Toxic” Taylor, the #1 independent Record Label in the Midwest was created. Under his executive direction, Legit Ballin Records became nationally recognized and respected. His marketing savvy, highly developed strategic thinking ability, respect for inner city hip-hop culture, as well as, his unique ability to createprofitable opportunities helped to catapult the career of Award Winning Platinum Artist, Twista. He is a life-long student of the music business culture.
