Welcome back to Raw & Embodied! Season 2 is here, and we're starting with something that has been deeply present in my own life lately: finding our way back to ourselves.
After taking some much-needed time away to be with family, celebrate life, enjoy the outdoors, and simply be present, I'm opening up about what this season of my life has been teaching me.
Sometimes we get so caught up in doing, creating, supporting others, and trying to figure out what's next that we slowly lose our connection to ourselves. And sometimes it takes stepping away from all the noise to realize just how far we've drifted from our own center.
In this episode, I'm sharing some personal reflections from the past few months, including a powerful experience at a mountain retreat that helped me see where I've been giving my energy, where I've been holding myself back, and how I've spent years pouring into someone else's dreams while putting my own on the back burner.
We talk about what it really means to come back to your center, reconnect with your heart and soul, and stop measuring your worth or success by everything happening outside of you.
I'm also exploring the beautiful difference between discipline and devotion, and how showing up for ourselves doesn't have to come from pressure or another thing on our to-do list. It can come from love, intention, and a genuine desire to feel connected to who we are.
Because the truth is, we're always growing, shifting, and moving through different seasons of life. And maybe finding our center isn't about having everything figured out. Maybe it's about learning to come home to ourselves, again and again.
So here's a question for you: When was the last time you truly felt connected to yourself?
I'm so happy to be back, sharing these conversations with you. Thank you for being here and being part of this journey.
If this episode resonates with you, I'd love for you to like, follow, leave a review, or share it with someone who might need to hear this message.
This week's podcast is one that came straight from my heart.
I'm talking about something I've been moving through personally, and I have a feeling many of you might be feeling it too—the shift of identity.
Sometimes we become so wrapped up in being one version of ourselves that we start believing we can't be anything else. We put so much pressure on ourselves to keep fitting into that identity that we stop listening to the quiet nudges, the little pings from the universe that are trying to guide us somewhere new.
Looking back, I can see that for the last couple of years I became so fixated on who I thought I needed to be. I was controlling, rigid, and honestly living so much from my mind and my ego that I wasn't fully connected to my body. And when we're disconnected from ourselves, it's so easy to miss the opportunities, the guidance, and the magic that's trying to unfold.
This past week has brought some really powerful realizations for me. The biggest one is that I want to come home to my body again. To soften. To trust. To release the old identities and stories that no longer fit. To give myself permission to begin again, without needing to know exactly what comes next.
Instead of forcing life, I'm choosing to let it flow.
I hope this conversation reminds you that you're allowed to evolve too. You're allowed to outgrow old versions of yourself. You're allowed to release the labels you've carried for years and trust that who you're becoming is exactly who you're meant to be.
I poured my whole heart into this episode, and I truly hope it speaks to yours.
I also share that I'll be taking the month of August off from the podcast. Sometimes the most important thing we can do is create space—to live, to listen, to reconnect, and to simply be. I'll be back in September with fresh conversations, new perspectives, and some beautiful interviews that I can't wait to share with you.
I hope you're soaking up these last weeks of summer, slowing down whenever you can, and giving yourself permission to be exactly where you are.
Thank you, as always, for listening and for walking this journey with me. It means more than you know.
How often do you stop yourself from doing something because you're worried about how someone else is going to feel?
I've caught myself doing this more times than I can count, and I know I'm not alone.
In this episode, I'm talking about something that so many of us do without even realizing it—we spend our lives managing everyone else's emotions. We think about whether they'll be hurt, disappointed, offended, or upset before we ever ask ourselves what feels true for us.
We become the ones who are always "on." Always available. Always helping. Always making sure everyone else is okay.
But somewhere along the way, we stop asking ourselves...
What do I need?
This conversation is about learning to come back to yourself. It's about realizing that you are not responsible for carrying everyone else's emotional experience. You can love people deeply, have compassion for them, and still make choices that honor your own heart.
I also share simple grounding practices that help you reconnect with yourself when you've been giving your energy away to everyone else.
In this episode we talk about:

Until next time, keep trusting yourself, keep honoring your heart, and keep embodying your light.
We've all heard the phrase, "She's your mirror."
And while I absolutely believe there are moments when another woman reflects something within us that's ready to heal, I don't believe that's always the case.
What if sometimes... it's not a mirror?
What if it's your intuition quietly letting you know that someone simply isn't meant to be in your inner circle?
In this episode, I share my thoughts on the sister wound, the difference between judgment and discernment, and why supporting women doesn't mean we have to ignore our own inner knowing. We can celebrate another woman's gifts, cheer her on wholeheartedly, and still recognize that she may not be our person.
Healing the sister wound isn't about becoming friends with every woman. It's about releasing comparison and competition while learning to trust yourself, honor your boundaries, and keep your heart open.
In this episode, we explore:

Some people walk through things that could completely break them... and somehow, they choose to keep going.
This week on Raw & Embodied, I sit down with my beautiful friend, Adri, for a conversation that is honest, vulnerable, and incredibly inspiring. We talk about what it looks like to move through life's hardest moments, trust yourself, and continue choosing the life that's calling you, even when the path hasn't been easy.
Adri's own healing journey led her to become a Reiki Master, Kaiut Yoga teacher, and the founder of CURA Yoga Center. Her work is rooted in the belief that healing happens when we feel safe enough to reconnect with ourselves, our bodies, and our own inner wisdom.
This conversation is full of heart, hope, and the reminder that your past does not get to write the rest of your story.
If this episode speaks to you, please share it with someone you love. You never know who needs to hear these words today.
And if you're feeling called to do your own deeper healing, I offer Pathway to Your Inner Light one-on-one sessions. Together, we'll gently uncover the stories, patterns, and stuck energy that may be holding you back, so you can reconnect with yourself and the light that's always been there.

Adri's healing journey began through her own lived experiences. After navigating significant childhood trauma, she discovered how deeply the body holds stress, emotion, and survival patterns—an awareness that became the foundation of her life's work.
Today, Adri is a Reiki Master, certified Kaiut Yoga teacher, and the founder of CURA Yoga Center in Boulder. Through Kaiut Yoga and Reiki Rejuvenate sessions, she creates safe, supportive spaces where people can reconnect with themselves, regulate their nervous systems, and experience healing from the inside out.
"Sometimes the resistance isn't a sign to stop. Sometimes it's simply showing us where healing is still asking to happen."
This week's episode is a real and vulnerable conversation about resistance, self-sabotage, grief, identity shifts, and what happens when your soul is asking you to step into something bigger.
Over the last year, I have been moving through one of the most transformative seasons of my life. Losing my father, leaving behind a huge part of my identity, deep shadow work, inner child healing, and navigating the discomfort that comes when you know you're being called into a new chapter.
In this episode, I share how resistance showed up in my life, the ways I was unknowingly and knowingly self-sabotaging, and the powerful awareness that came when I finally stopped fighting what my soul has been asking of me.
We talk about:
• Resistance and why it shows up when we're ready to grow
• Self-sabotage, self-abandonment, and old coping patterns
• Grief, identity shifts, and letting old versions of ourselves go
• The importance of support and allowing others to hold us
• Inner child healing and uncovering hidden fears
• Why awareness is the first step toward lasting change
• The evolution of my work and stepping fully into Raw & Embodied
• Anchoring your light and trusting yourself more deeply
My hope is that this episode reminds you that you are not broken, you are not behind, and you are not alone. Sometimes the resistance isn't a sign to stop. Sometimes it's simply showing us where healing is still asking to happen.

In this episode, I sit down with Human Design expert Jen Allen for a deep and fascinating conversation about Human Design and how it can help us better understand ourselves.
We talk about energy types, energy centers, gates, and the unique blueprint each of us carries. While Andrea is a Manifestor, one of the biggest takeaways from this conversation is that no two charts are ever the same. Human Design isn't about putting yourself in a box or becoming someone else. It's about understanding how you're uniquely wired and learning to trust yourself more deeply.
Jen shares how the deeper layers of your chart can offer insight into your patterns, relationships, gifts, challenges, and the way you move through the world. This conversation goes far beyond business, success, or making money. It's about self-awareness, healing, acceptance, and coming home to who you truly are.
If you've ever been curious about Human Design or wondered why you experience life differently than the people around you, this episode is for you.

There was a part of me that didn't want to record this episode.
Not because I didn't have anything to say, but because I was in the middle of moving through some really deep grief, emotions, and life changes. And instead of pushing through it, pretending I was okay, or showing up as a version of myself that wasn't real, I chose to honor where I was.
In this episode, I'm sharing what I've been navigating behind the scenes, the grief I've been carrying, and the importance of giving ourselves permission to slow down, feel what needs to be felt, and stop performing for everyone else.
We live in a world that constantly tells us to keep going, keep producing, keep showing up no matter what. But sometimes the most healing thing we can do is create space. Space to breathe. Space to feel. Space to listen to what our heart is actually asking for.
This is an honest conversation about grief, self-compassion, letting go of expectations, and learning to choose ourselves, even when it's uncomfortable.
If you've been moving through a season of change, loss, uncertainty, or simply feeling like you need permission to slow down, this episode is for you.
If you're looking for deeper support on your healing journey, I offer 1:1 Energy Healing Sessions, women's retreats, workshops, and transformational experiences designed to help you reconnect with yourself, release old patterns, and come back to your inner light.

In this episode, I open up about some of the deep inner work I've been doing lately. I've been spending time with younger versions of myself, sitting with my inner child, my teenage self, and the parts of me that have carried shame for far too long.
What I've been realizing is that so much of the shame we hold isn't actually ours. It's inherited, learned, projected onto us, or created from experiences that taught us we weren't enough. Over time, those stories become woven into our blueprint, and we start believing them as truth.
In this share, I share some of the practices and techniques that have been helping me gently reconnect with these younger parts of myself, release what I have been carrying, and create a different relationship with who I am.
I also talk about self-love.. An honest look at how we speak to ourselves, how we judge ourselves, and how often we withhold the same compassion from ourselves that we freely give to others.
This episode is an invitation to become aware of the stories running beneath the surface, to bring light to the places that still hurt, and to begin reprogramming the way you speak to yourself. Because healing isn't about becoming someone new. It's about remembering who you were before shame convinced you otherwise.
If you've been carrying shame, questioning your worth, or feeling called to heal the younger parts of yourself, this conversation is for you.

Helping women reconnect with themselves, heal old wounds, release shame, and come back to their light is a big part of the work I do in my 1:1 sessions. Together, we create a safe space to explore what is ready to be healed, support the younger parts of you that may still be hurting, and help you reconnect with your truth, intuition, and heart.

In this episode of Raw & Embodied, I sit down with my beautiful friend Caytlyn for a really honest conversation around the female body, fascia, pelvic care, womb healing, stored trauma, and the intelligence of the body.
This conversation is so important. We talked about how so many women are carrying years of pain, survival, suppression, heartbreak, abuse, stress, silence, and emotions within their tissues and fascia without even realizing it. How the body stores so much. How symptoms can sometimes be the body trying to speak to us instead of work against us.
Caytlyn has spent years deeply supporting women through this work, and you can feel how much reverence and care she has for the female body. Some of her sessions are hours long because she truly takes her time helping women soften, release, reconnect, and feel safe within themselves again.
I also share how Caytlyn has personally worked on me and helped me release years of jaw and neck pain that I had been carrying in my body for a very long time. It was incredibly eye opening for me to experience how much emotion, tension, protection, and energy can live within the fascia and tissues of the body.
We dive into sovereignty, learning to trust your body again, reconnecting to your womb space, and what happens when women stop abandoning themselves and begin listening deeply to what their body has been trying to say all along.
About Caytlyn
Caytlyn is a multidimensional women’s health educator and practitioner specializing in integrative womb and pelvic care, fascia work, trauma integration, and female embodiment. Her work supports women in reconnecting to the wisdom, intelligence, and sovereignty of their bodies through deep, intuitive, and highly personalized care.
She believes symptoms are sacred messengers guiding women back toward truth, vitality, and self-love — not problems to simply suppress or fix. Through her work, Caytlyn helps women unlearn the conditioning that disconnects them from their bodies and instead build a relationship rooted in trust, safety, softness, and deep listening.
Her sessions often weave together physical, emotional, energetic, and spiritual healing, creating space for women to release stored trauma, reconnect to their pelvic bowl and womb space, soften protective patterns held within the fascia, and remember themselves as whole.
Her vision is a world where women trust their bodies, speak their truth, and feel deeply at home within themselves.

RAW & Embodied with Andrea
I deeply believe there is power in our voices. And when we speak from the heart—when we actually live and embody love for ourselves and for…
This is a space for real, honest, raw conversations. The kind that don’t try to be polished or perfect. We’re talking spirituality, energy work, womanhood, motherhood, and what it truly looks like to live in alignment with who you are… not who you think you should be. No fluff. No pretending. Just truth.
I’m not here to be perfect. I’m here to be fully, unapologetically ME.
And to remind you—gently, but powerfully—that you get to be, too.
