I don't think that we don't know who we are. I just think that we have been conditioned for such a long and extended period of time that we've just gotten kind of disconnected because there's so much noise around us.
The world floods us with messages about who we should be in order to survive and thrive in this world. We're all trained to be the opposite of who we are from the moment our parents are parenting us, to the moment we go to school and we get our first job and we're being constantly fed messages. But the way that we are is not correct and are trained to be the opposite of who we are.
So what does human design do?
Human Design shows you where and how to access your body's consciousness as a decision making tool, how to live as your true self and how it guides you in living in a manner that is in sync with who you are. It helps us to remember who we were before and if that happens, we can start to remove some of the conditioning and really start to utilize our gifts that we've often been told our weaknesses.
