I've been learning what my own crisis mode is. Having out of body experiences that I didn't know how to feel, name or navigate. Sharing my raw truth in hopes to NORMALIZE going through the full human experience-- the good, bad and ugly. We are locking arms TOGETHER on this one because I too, am navigating these un-chartered waters where I am learning how to be more fully myself and align my boundaries even more.
