Nothing will make me more upset than seeing a child hurting, mentally, physically, or emotionally. So here is a RANT about people who choose to ignore their significant others children. 

If you're one of these people... don't let the door hit you on the way our. 

How can we set boundries with ourselves? 

1. Saying I am not staying in this argument. (That's a boundary for both people involved)

2. Leaving the room or house allowing things to cool off

3. Setting HEALTHY stipulations in a relationship 

4. Letting them know I don't have to anticipate what your issue is, because you know how to talk so you need to tell me.

Caring for yourself is probably one of the best things you can do for yourself and yes we over look it so often. 

Well it is time we take that back and start filling are cups (spiritually) so we can be the best version  of our selves. 

This is a little insight to my once marriage and when I realized it was build out of convenience. 

When I first entered my marriage, as many of us do, I never thought I would be getting a divorce. 

However, my whole marriage was built on convenience and the thing about convenience is that it is like a nice guy. It is looking for the fastest and easiest reward without doing any work.
