WHAT DOES IT MEAN TO HOLD NOTHING BACK ... 

Feels like a real belated to say "Welcome 2021" and yet this is the first recording back. 

I let all expectations go over the transition into the new year GO and let the musing and the muse be completely within me. Massive shifts and transformations have been underway in my real time, real world and life these past months and it has come with quite a lot of self realisation.  Should that come as a surprise ... heck NO! 

As I type this I am listening to my favourite multi-instrumentalist, the winds of a storm and the rain on our new tin roof.  Feels like a dream , and it is, and yet it also reality. 

This bite size musing is a raw conversation between me and YOU. Take what resonates, leave what doesn't. It is sacred to my heart, real time, and human AF.  I desire to HOLD nothing BACK, because gosh I have been doing that my whole life and it's frankly nauseating now. 

Who are WE - if we aren't living out our souls truth authentically? Like truly? 
This is the ARTFORM I speak of and contemplate - and if we are our OWN MUSE, then are we truly living if we hold our muse back from truly creating the art in life it deeply desires? 

Change is constant - so my invitation here is to find the gems and run with them. To loosen your grips and free fall into where you are being called. 

Here is to musing with YOU! Now I am off to go drink tea, read a book and listen to this delicious rainfall.
