I want to have a vulnerable and honest conversation. I’ve been away for a while, and that time has been spent recognizing just how important it is to pause, breathe, and reconnect with God. I can’t pour into others when I’m running on empty.
Stepping back reminded me that God is the true source of strength, peace, and clarity. No matter how much I try to push through on my own, I’m never truly sustained unless I go back to Him. It’s in His presence that I find rest, realignment, and the grace I need to keep moving. So this season has been about learning to return to the source—not just once, but continuously—so that I’m pouring from overflow, not exhaustion.
