Thee Ros3 Room Reloaded is a podcast, blog, and journal hosted by Leah “L.A.” Akers and Ashley “Art By Ashley” Salliey-Little. Created in 2020, Thee Ros3 Room began as L.A. strived to motivate young ladies to InHAEL the past, and ExHAEL the present.  

Today, Thee Ros3 Room Reloaded has evolved into a safe space of radiating energy, exchanging ideas, building self- worth, and reaching the fullest potential of who we are meant to be. An ode for thee modern womxn to consistently EVEolve + Just. Keep. Going.  

Exuding love and light, maintaining balance, and journaling her journey as she heals her younger self. Discovering what’s been holding us back, and moving through it to get to the next leg of our journey.  

We aim to help every listener realize who they are by helping them understand what they’ve been through.  We are A community of women who have all walked different paths in life, and are still striving towards being the best version of ourselves, and if we can help anybody- even just one person- get through their dark days, tribulations, sadness, anger, frustration, heartbreak, or hurt, then we’ve done our job.
