It's easy for the marketing champs to capitalise on our deep rooted insecurities. They tell us all sort of things about what's good, what's bad, and what's what. So watch out for yourself. It is not necessary to make life harder than it has to be.

Who are you and I to 'give' anything, anyway?

Sometimes the best that you could do is to simply have no resistance to your pain. Just let it be. You're only human. Do not force yourself out of it.

How could a mind which is constantly running restlessly hope to have a life which is still? Let's reflect on that for a few minutes
