As a local non-profit operating 24/7/365, 211 San Diego is the region’s trusted source for access to community, health, social, and disaster services. 211 provides access to 6,000+ services, resources and programs through their online database. In his current role as the Crisis Communications Director, Ray is responsible for the integration of 211 into the Regional Emergency Response process with First Responder agencies.
