Ray is an Executive Trainer, Facilitator & Enabler, he is seen as one of today’s leading thinkers and doers around reducing Gang & Serious Violence. In today’s episode, he shares some of his personal and professional background and history – he shares so many nuggets of self-knowledge and his perspectives on the impact of his experiences as a child, young adult and the man he is today.
