Ray Karam, who worked as a police officer in Redfern talks to Lucy Dahill about how an accumulation of traumatic experiences led to him leaving Sydney and then leaving the police force altogether. Ray is a really engaged member of his local community now, and shares with us how his support network helped him re-engage with his life.
