It was a pleasure to sit down with the talented and multi-faceted talent - Ray Leslie.

We talked about how it all started for Ray and her journey through music and life to date.

Originally from the Philippines, Ray came to NZ at a young age and was extremely motivated to write lyrics and make music. Ray was exposed to the many genres of music but decidedly fell in love with storytelling element of hip-hop.

With an EP and an album already out (Demolition, 2019), (Distorted, 2020). Last week Ray dropped a new EP ‘Otis’ showing there is no stop to the songwriting abilities of this artist.
