From a very young age, Ray knew he wanted to be an entrepreneur and got his first gig at age 6 selling donuts in his neighborhood. In 1979 he joined his first Network Marketing company, and after a positive product experience, said yes to a friend and co-founded Mannatech in 1993, personally enrolling 22 people his first year.
