Raymond James Irwin's journey into the world of Champagne began at a renowned Cleveland restaurant, L’Albatros Brasserie + Bar. There, he learned the art of hospitality from Sommelier Brandon Chrostowski and fell in love with the charm of small house Champagne.

From that first taste, Raymond was on a mission. By December 2016, he had turned his vision into reality, opening Fizz Bar in his hometown of Sacramento, California.

Since then, his path has taken him across the globe, driven by a desire to leave a legacy. His quest? To unearth the most captivating champagnes and sparkling wines and share them with the world. Whether you're sipping at home or soaking in the vibrant atmosphere of Fizz Bar, Raymond aims to create an experience that leaves a lasting mark.
