In this episode I'm really excited to be speaking with Hash Chavda. Professionally Hash is a powerhouse commercial deal shifter and negotiator with over 20 years experience in the IT industry.
Personally, she's my big sister, well technically she's my cousin but with her 3 other sisters I'd spend most of my Christmases and summer holidays so we've always felt like one unit.
Hash is one of my personal Rays of Sunshine, I feel like she showed me what a successful career looks like, what life-long strong friendships look like, that the world is small and you can live, work and thrive wherever you want. Proactively and sub-consciously she taught me how to respect women, and how challenging it is for women, especially from a South Asian background but most of all she taught me to laugh. Hash always makes life feel lighter and achievable.
