The Rays game Thursday was originally scheduled for Saturday but had to be moved because of an NFL Preseason game taking place in the same city and across the parking lot!

The Cardinals beat the Rays and dropped Tampa Bay to its lowest point below .500 (win/loss percentage) of the season.

First pitch in game 129 of the 2025 Tampa Bay baseball season is scheduled for 7:35 PM EDT at Steinbrenner Field in Tampa, on August 22nd.
